We want you happy with your hair! In the event that you are not completely happy, please let us know at the time of your service or within 48 hours after your service has been completed. 




All services are non-refundable. If we need to redo your service, at the fault of the stylist, we will schedule a complimentary corrective service.


If you have notified your stylist (or salon owner) within 48 hours of the service, there will not be a charge for your redo appointment.  If you change your mind after the service has been performed, or if your hair has been done by yourself or another stylist, the redo price will be determined prior to your appointment. Corrective services will not be scheduled if notified after 48 hours of original service. 

If your hair requires multiple color sessions, the additional sessions are not considered a redo service.  Redo services are only if you are not happy with the overall outcome of the services discussed the day of your appointment.


Return Policy


We are happy to return any retail products you purchased within 5 days of original purchase. Salon credit is for retail only and will not be credited toward salon services.  

Hair Extensions are non-refundable. 



A deposit may be required to schedule your appointment.  The deposit will be applied toward services during your scheduled appointment. Rescheduling is accepted at a minimum of 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. The deposit will not be refunded if the appointment is cancelled without meeting the time frame of our cancellation policy.

Cancellation Policy 

In order to respect the time of both our guests and stylist, we require that you notify us of any cancellation or reschedule at least 48 hours prior to your appointment.

Appointments that are cancelled less than 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment will result in a $50 fee or 50% of the services you are reserved for. The fee will be charged to the credit card we have on file to secure your appointment.  If you do not have a card on file or a deposit, the fee must be paid prior to rescheduling your next appointment.  Fees must be paid within 48 hours of missed appointment. ​

No Show

If you do not show for a scheduled appointment without 48 hours notice, you will be responsible for a $50 no show fee or charged 50% of the total amount due for services.  Please be advised if you do not show to a redo appointment, we will not be able to schedule a new appointment free of charge.


Maintaining all salon appointment times is very important to us and for providing our guests the best service.          If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment we may have to reschedule your appointment.

Head Lice

If a client has head lice while receiving a service in the salon we will not be able to complete the service. We will reschedule services after the head lice treatment has been completed and hair is lice free for 7 days.  


Gift Certificate Policy​​

  • Please have gift certificate card or number present

  • Copies of gift certificates will not be honored

  • All gift certificates are non-refundable

  • Gift certificates may not be redeemable for cash
